Accumulated in electronic control units so accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit / open and wait then ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |

- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 12610 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck on
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
