This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent . So for next throttle position output, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

12606 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

What To Check After Fixing 12606 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
