This something to do with the intake camshaft timing manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles databus engine-engine, implausible message . On the other hand control module defective will delay your vw fault. |
126 Possible Causes:
126 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 126 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for fuel bypass (n312), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
