This code were stamped on VW Engine case linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, open circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open also radiator fan (v7), difficulty of movement / blocked is the final reason of the code.
