Diameter in engine please check dtc memory of adr control module run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) also exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded will delay your vw fault. |
12556 Possible Causes:
12556 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12556 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter interlock, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
