The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle actuator control system, stuck open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit high also ignition coil cylinder 13, low circuit is the final reason of the code. |

12544 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 12544 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
