This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so reductant injection air pump control, circuit low and exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich will delay your vw fault. |

12522 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 12522 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
