The problem is about throttle position output, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ and data bus powertrain, missing message from control module electric parking brake is the final reason of the code. |
12516 Possible Causes:
12516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 12516 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
