Diameter in engine throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data bus powertrain, missing messages you can see the intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
12516 Possible Causes:
12516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12516 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'g' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
