When you open power supply (b+) terminal 15, open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'b' secondary circuit, malfunction also throttle plate control 2, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
12515 Possible Causes:
12515 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 12515 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel fired heater, disabled
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
