12513 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine coolant fan control module 2, malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit high or change ignition switch accessory position, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
12513 Possible Causes:
12513 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 12513 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
