12513 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit high or change nox sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault.

12513 Possible Causes:

12513 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
  • Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 12513 Code

  • Inspect all the connections control unit programming, programming not finished
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
