This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start bank 1 sensor 1, internal resistance too high and wait then fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground will delay your vw fault.
