Diagnosing engine bar with ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground also valve for engine storage (n144/145), interruption / short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
12477 Possible Causes:
12477 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12477 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
