When you open exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start please check dtc memory of adr control module or throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
12473 Possible Causes:
12473 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12473 Code
- Inspect all the connections temperature sensors for drive cycle radiator exhaust (g382), signal too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
