Staring in engine starter interlock, circuit short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition coil 'l' primary control, short to plus you can see the exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean is the final reason of the code. |
12461 Possible Causes:
12461 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12461 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 2, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
