This code were stamped on VW Engine case transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor mil control circuit, open / short to b+ or change generator shut-off, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
12459 Possible Causes:
12459 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
