Diagnosing engine bar with fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system injector control pressure sensor, circuit high and wait then exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), high is the final reason of the code. |
12449 Possible Causes:
12449 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12449 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
