12447 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles injection pump, timing calibration not learned and fuel injection valve 2 (n367), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
12447 Possible Causes:
12447 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12447 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
