12445 Description And Summary :

The problem is about exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so intake air temperature sensor 1/2 correlation you can see the throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit low is the final reason of the code.

12445 Possible Causes:

12445 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
  • Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
  • Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
  • Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

What To Check After Fixing 12445 Code

  • Inspect all the connections please check coding of ecus in data bus powertrain
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
