12443 Possible Causes:
12443 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction

- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12443 Code
- Inspect all the connections reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
