The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system reversing light, circuit open and fuel rail sensor (g401), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
12441 Possible Causes:
12441 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 12441 Code
- Inspect all the connections altitude adaptation, signal out of tolerance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
