Diagnosing engine bar with data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu) retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544) errors in basic adjustment or o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean is the final reason of the code. |
12430 Possible Causes:
12430 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12430 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
