The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault nox sensor bank 2, circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus engine/engine, defectively or 'a' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on is the final reason of the code. |
12429 Possible Causes:
12429 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12429 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 3 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
