The problem is about data-bus powertrain, hardware defective It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake activation 2-unit injector valve, short to b+ you can see the ignition coil 'g' primary control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
12423 Possible Causes:
12423 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 12423 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c clutch relay, circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
