12421 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault torque management feedback signal "b", low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open or 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
12421 Possible Causes:
12421 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12421 Code
- Inspect all the connections mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
