Diameter in engine cylinder 9 injector, data incompatible retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start wheel speed signal 3, range / performance also pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
12408 Possible Causes:
12408 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12408 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
