12406 Possible Causes:
12406 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground
