This something to do with the intake camshaft timing injector control pressure sensor, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low and hydraulic pressure sensor 2, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
12390 Possible Causes:
12390 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12390 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
