12385 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault control module defective run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses or 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
12385 Possible Causes:
12385 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12385 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition switch run position, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
