When you open oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle actuator control system, forced engine shutdown and wait then activation, intake manifold runner bank 1 control, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
12379 Possible Causes:
12379 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 12379 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation cooling system, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
