The problem is about turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit intermittent you can see the power supply, voltage low voltage will delay your vw fault. |
12374 Possible Causes:
12374 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 12374 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), voltage supply outside permissible range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
