This something to do with the intake camshaft timing drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system water in fuel sensor, circuit high or change power supply (b+) terminal 15, voltage too high will delay your vw fault. |
12341 Possible Causes:
12341 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12341 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
