This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition switch run position, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so power supply, voltage low voltage . So for next nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
12316 Possible Causes:
12316 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12316 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for fuel bypass (n312), interruption/short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
