When you open ignition switch run position, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more signal for back-up lights, short to ground also o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
12315 Possible Causes:
12315 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12315 Code
- Inspect all the connections generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
