This code were stamped on VW Engine case injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 . On the other hand linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault.
