This code were stamped on VW Engine case ignition switch run/start position, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit also nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
12313 Possible Causes:
12313 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12313 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
