Staring in engine evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel pump, short circuit or a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
12308 Possible Causes:
12308 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

What To Check After Fixing 12308 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel mixture control adjustment range 1, lower limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
