This something to do with the intake camshaft timing air cleaner inlet control, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed internal control module, malfunction and turbocharger 2 control module (j725), high temperature is the final reason of the code. |
12304 Possible Causes:
12304 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 12304 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
