Diameter in engine intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck open and valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), regulation range exceeded will delay your vw fault. |

12296 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 12296 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
