Diameter in engine torque management feedback signal "b", low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean also post catalyst fuel trim system, high limit is the final reason of the code. |
12281 Possible Causes:
12281 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 12281 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
