Diagnosing engine bar with reversing light, circuit open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit high and 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on is the final reason of the code. |
12270 Possible Causes:
12270 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12270 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure sensor, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
