The problem is about o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too low you can see the throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
12251 Possible Causes:
12251 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction

- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 12251 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
