Staring in engine turbo/super charger over-boost condition It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit low also ignition coil cylinder 14, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
12248 Possible Causes:
12248 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12248 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), electrical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
