Staring in engine motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground and wait then exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached will delay your vw fault. |
12244 Possible Causes:
12244 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 12244 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
