12237 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault heater regulation, implausible signal causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high and signal line for tiptronic: electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code.

12237 Possible Causes:

12237 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
  • Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
  • Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 12237 Code

  • Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit
