The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault hydraulic pressure sensor 2, too high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed radiator fan 3 (v284), movement restricted / jammed you can see the particulate trap bank 1, efficiency below threshold will delay your vw fault. |

12216 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
