Accumulated in electronic control units so data bus powertrain, missing message from diagnostic interface-control module retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start coolant (fc) fan control module (j293), malfunction . So for next linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
12213 Possible Causes:
12213 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12213 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
