Diagnosing engine bar with load signal from alternator terminal df, open or short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak also data bus powertrain, implausible message of the a/c control module is the final reason of the code. |
12210 Possible Causes:
12210 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 12210 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
