The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground you can see the torque management request input signal b is the final reason of the code. |
12210 Possible Causes:
12210 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 12210 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine torque reduction, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
