Staring in engine torque management request input signal a, high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance also coolant pump control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
12210 Possible Causes:
12210 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 12210 Code
- Inspect all the connections camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
