Accumulated in electronic control units so data bus powertrain, missing messages run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open also shift lock, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
12205 Possible Causes:
12205 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12205 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, signal too slowly
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
