Diagnosing engine bar with ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil cylinder 16, open circuit and intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit closed will delay your vw fault. |
122 Possible Causes:
122 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 122 Code
- Inspect all the connections camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
