The problem is about data-bus powertrain missing message from distance control retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start actuator supply voltage "b", circuit /open . On the other hand transmission mount valve 1 (n262), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
12171 Possible Causes:
12171 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
