Diagnosing engine bar with secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck on It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake a/c clutch relay, circuit short to b+ . So for next nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
12148 Possible Causes:
12148 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 12148 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
